Terms of Service

01. Scope of Digital Services

ModernSeva provides end-to-end technological infrastructure, including but not limited to Web Application Design & Development (React, Next.js, Laravel), Cross-Platform Mobile Applications (Flutter, React Native), Desktop Solutions, Database Environments, AI Automation Scripts, and DevOps Engineering. Specific deliverables, project milestones, and functional scope will always be explicitly defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Official Proposal.

02. Project Lifecycles & Agile Delivery

We execute modern development lifecycles systematically across six key operational intervals:

• Discovery: Deep technical feasibility analysis and specification drafting.
• Sprints: Iterative code blocks delivered with complete operational visibility.
• QA Auditing: Rigorous security patching, automated builds, and user acceptance tests.

03. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless specifically stated otherwise in your project's technical agreement, entire intellectual property rights, system architectures, customized source code, and assets created by ModernSeva will be fully transferred to the Client upon final completion and settlement of all outstanding invoices. ModernSeva retains absolute operational rights over our preexisting core codebases, libraries, boilerplate code, and foundational frameworks used during optimization.

04. Client Engagements & Verification

To maintain our 98% on-time milestone delivery rate, clients must provide timely feedback, API access credentials, and necessary asset approvals during active 2-week development cycles. ModernSeva cannot be held responsible for system deployment delays resulting from a lack of active client collaboration or structural changes introduced outside the initial specification boundaries.

05. NDA, Data Protection & Security

We prioritize institutional security. ModernSeva enforces strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) across all client operations. We utilize modern isolation workflows, secure database partitioning, and strict code review structures to protect proprietary trade metrics. We do not sell, distribute, or expose your operational databases or source code files to third-party entities.

06. Maintenance & Post-Launch Support

All dedicated project agreements include a predefined support interval for monitoring infrastructure, resolving bugs, and applying critical security patches. Upon expiration of this bundled interval, continued priority 24/7 support, feature scaling, cloud configuration modifications (AWS, Azure), or external platform migrations will require a standard recurring SLA or maintenance contract.

07. Revisions & Term Modification

ModernSeva reserves the absolute right to optimize or adapt these Terms at any moment to align with global regulatory compliances, system shifts, or business scaling. Your continued utilization of our architectural services following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
